If you are running Internet Explorer 10 or 11 and only have the option of light mode, you can workaround this problem by pressing the compatibility mode button in the address bar (looks like a ripped piece of paper).
Over the winter holiday, the server will be upgraded to resolve this issue.

An improvement has been introduced to the way mail clients can auto-detect most of their settings. From now on, for most clients, during initial setup, your client should be able to figure out the name of the mail server simply by knowing your email address.
More secure, already configured, clients (like Mac OSX) may report this improvement to you using a message similar to this:

This is OK. Put the check mark in the box "Always use my response for this server" and click the "Allow" button.
